Why a musician wants to be a voltaire musician

This is not the first time someone has asked for the chance to have a look at the man behind a song on the BBC radio programme Voltaire.
But with a new album due out in the autumn, this is one of the first times that someone has been able to get in touch.
The musician behind the song, Kai Musician, said: “I want to be on the show so that people know who I am, what I’m doing and I want to talk to them about it.”
I think that it’s a very good opportunity for people to see how far I’ve come and what I’ve achieved and it’s been a long time since I’ve had an album release.
“It’s a privilege to be able to do this.”
The band have released a short documentary about Kai Musicians career titled Voltaire, in which he plays guitar and sings and performs as an electric guitar.
He said: “It was great to get a chance to talk with some of my fans.”
People like to know what’s happening behind the scenes and I thought this documentary was the perfect opportunity to put out some information and some facts.
“There’s a lot of people behind this album, it’s all been a lot longer than we thought and it just shows the progress that we’ve made.”
That’s why I wanted to do it.
“Voltaire is released on 21 October and features guest appearances by the likes of Paul McCartney, Nick Cave, Neil Young, The Police, Radiohead and Bruce Springsteen.
The show airs on BBC Radio 4 at 15:00 GMT on Saturday and Sunday.
