“You don’t know the first person you’ll meet,” said Wallace.
“They’ll just say, ‘Are you the one?’ and you’ll go, ‘Yes, yes I am’.
I have a lot of that.”
“I have a great sense of humour,” she added.
Wallace, who is known for her upbeat, upbeat and occasionally wistful, yet poignant lyrics, has become a favourite among audiences and fans, thanks to her infectious personality and powerful songs.
She has toured the world in recent years, performing and touring worldwide, and recently returned to the United States to perform on Saturday Night Live.
“I’m not a recluse,” Wallace said.
“It’s the kind of thing I enjoy doing.
It’s the sort of thing you’re always going to be doing.”
The former Nickelodeon star said she found it hard to find her voice after losing her father at the age of 18.
“You get the voice back, you find your voice again,” she said.
“I was very young, I’m very old.
But it was very difficult.”
She said the only time she could feel her voice was when she was singing.
“When you sing, you get that deep feeling,” she continued.
“And you don’t need to do it for long periods of time, you don, you’re just doing it for you.”
“I am a little bit shy,” Wallace added.
“But I have found that I like the way people are.
I love people, I don’t like being scared.
I like people to be nice, to be kind, to help.”
Wallace said her family was “very supportive” of her new career, which has seen her tour the world, perform in concert and record her first solo album.
“They don’t have to understand what I’m doing, they don’t even need to be aware of what I do.
It all comes naturally.
They can be like, ‘Oh, I see the song.
That’s really great, it’s a good song’,” she said, adding that she is very proud of her work.
Wallac, who recently made the jump from the popular sitcoms Family Guy to the hit animated series Rick and Morty, said she is currently writing her second album.
“This one is really good, really, really good,” she explained.
“This one will be my first album in about 20 years.”
She said she hopes to write more songs for her album, and she will continue to perform as she has in the past.
